Forensic Science Class

SKELETON

Forensic science is the application of science to the law and encompasses various scientific disciplines. In this course, we will explore the history of forensic science, methods of investigating a crime scene, types of evidence including fingerprints, hair, fibers, drugs, glass, soil, blood, and DNA.   Other topics discussed include organic and inorganic chemical analyses of physical evidence, toxicology, arson and explosives, ballistics, and document examination.
