Course Objective:

This course is designed as part one to New York State’s Global History and Geography curriculum, and gives students an in depth chronological view of the history of Europe from the earliest civilizations to the present.

Students will utilize a variety of intellectual skills to demonstrate their understanding of major ideas, eras, themes, developments, and turning points of world history. This course will also incorporate geography, economics, art, culture, and politics.
